Text Box: Matt - Project Supervisor

Anyone that’s ever been in business knows that a great workforce just doesn’t happen. It takes many years, lots of hard work, great planning and a through screening process to create a solid team.

Potential employees are drug tested and must have a clean Department of Motor Vehicle (*DMV) driving record before they are even considered for hire.

Employees are then subject to an intense background check performed by the Bureau of Security Investigative Services, cleared by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (*FBI) and the Department of Justice (*DOJ).

Company technicians must attend college and take classes as per the State of California Department of Industrial Relations for the Electrician Certification Program.

HI DESERT ALARM does all this to ensure the hiring of quality individuals. It’s important to us that you know WHO is coming into YOUR house or business to install a system.
