OperatorsComputerized Automated SystemText Box: Signals are processed by advanced DICE software. Software system is fully capable of handling virtually all security and fire alarm signals. This program runs on powerful redundant servers in the unlikely event of failure.
Multiple secured lines come into the central station and roll over to accept thousands of system signals daily.
In the case of major area disaster such as an earthquake, or other ’Acts of GOD’,    Hi Desert Alarm has the ability to immediately switch monitor service over to a secure remote location. 
Text Box: Computer systems are fully redundant. Equipment is powered full time with four uninterruptible power supply units and with two back-up generators in the event of a power outage or electrical brown out condition.
Back-up PowerCommunicationText Box: Company maintains two independent phone systems in the facility, utilizing POTS service. Receiver lines have been specifically cabled in redundant fashion and have the latest in electronic protection. 
Hi Desert Alarm also maintain cellular and a two-way radio communication system. These signal transmission systems will remain active and communication with the central station.
