Computer systems are fully redundant and protected. Equipment is powered full time with four uninterruptible power supply units and two back-up generators in the event of a power outage or electrical brown out condition.

HI DESERT ALARM maintains two independent phone systems in the facility, utilizing POTS service. Receiver lines have been specifically cabled in redundant fashion and have the latest in electronic protection.

HI DESERT ALARM also maintain cellular and a two-way radio communication system. These signal transmission systems will remain active and communication with the central station.
