Service Department
| We at Hi Desert Alarm realize that providing quality service
is the cornerstone of our business. Our service staff is well trained and committed to
providing the service that you need. The technologies that we use are proven, reliable and
tested before we implement them in the field. We have chosen to use just a few vendors for
our products so that we may be experts in those products. For that last 15 years, we have
used Ademco alarm controls exclusively. Our decision to concentrate on the Ademco product
line comes from our desire to provide our customers with on-going service and support. Our
focus on one manufacturer has allowed us to become experts in the complex issues involved
in today's modern technical details and features available in the Ademco line. |

Service Manager
Dave takes care of all the technical details associated with the service department,
maintains the Central Station technology and generally overseas the technology required to
operate. |
| Dariesa Williams |
Service Coordinator
Dariesa is busy. She takes care of almost all customer support issues, while managing and
scheduling our service technicians. She is also responsible for tracking and updating all
paperwork involved in service. |
